Come learn more about opioids, addiction, and how to respond in an emergency. You will receive the opioid overdose reversal drug, Narcan (Naloxone), to take with you free of charge. Registration is required.

Downtown Knoxville parking: City-owned downtown garages are generally free Monday-Friday from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on weekends, except Market Square Garage has a Saturday flat rate. On-street parking is free after 8 p.m. and on Sundays. Special-event pricing and restrictions can override the normal schedule.
