What to expect
Join us at Hodges Library for an Introduction to Python workshop series designed for students, graduate students, postdocs, faculty, researchers, and staff at all skill levels. Whether you're analyzing research data, automating repetitive tasks, or simply curious about coding, these sessions will guide you through building practical tools like budget calculators, data visualizations, and analysis dashboards—no prior programming experience needed. Each 30-minute session provides self-paced Jupyter notebooks you can revisit anytime, allowing you to learn at your own speed and apply Python to your unique research or workflow needs. Most importantly, these workshops are designed to foster a welcoming community of learners where we explore Python together, share discoveries, and support each other's growth.
